Prices are <strong>gross prices<\/strong> and include VAT.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Ordering Process<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer places the selected product in the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<li>To place an order, the customer must provide their personal details and shipping\/billing information.<\/li>\n<li>By submitting the order, the customer declares acceptance of these GTC.<\/li>\n<li>The customer will receive an automatic confirmation email about the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Payment Methods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Customers can choose from the following payment options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n<li>Credit card payment (via online payment system)<\/li>\n<li>Cash on delivery (cash or card at the courier)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Shipping Conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Products are delivered via courier service or to a parcel pickup point. Delivery time: 3\u20136 business days. Shipping fee: HUF 1,390 \u2013 2,200<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>According to Government Decree 45\/2014 (II.26.), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 calendar days.<br \/>\nThe intention to withdraw must be communicated via email or postal mail using the Service Provider\u2019s contact details.<br \/>\nIn case of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Warranty and Guarantee<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Customers are entitled to statutory warranty and product warranty rights under the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013).
