General terms and conditions

  1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the operation of the online store operated by ARMA DEI at https://armaturadesign.hu, as well as the rights and obligations of customers (consumers).
Operator of the webshop (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider):

  1. Available Products and Services

The characteristics of products and services available in the webshop are displayed on the product pages. Prices are gross prices and include VAT.

  1. Ordering Process
  • The customer places the selected product in the shopping cart.
  • To place an order, the customer must provide their personal details and shipping/billing information.
  • By submitting the order, the customer declares acceptance of these GTC.
  • The customer will receive an automatic confirmation email about the order.
  1. Payment Methods

Customers can choose from the following payment options:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card payment (via online payment system)
  • Cash on delivery (cash or card at the courier)
  1. Shipping Conditions

Products are delivered via courier service or to a parcel pickup point. Delivery time: 3–6 business days. Shipping fee: HUF 1,390 – 2,200

  1. Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 calendar days.
The intention to withdraw must be communicated via email or postal mail using the Service Provider’s contact details.
In case of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

  1. Warranty and Guarantee

Customers are entitled to statutory warranty and product warranty rights under the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013). Certain products are also subject to mandatory guarantees as prescribed by law.

  1. Complaint Handling

The Service Provider investigates all complaints within 30 days and responds in writing.

  1. Legal Remedies

If a legal dispute arises between the consumer and the Service Provider that cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer is entitled to contact the conciliation board in their place of residence or pursue their claim through the courts.

  1. Final Provisions

These GTC are effective from September 1, 2025, and remain valid until revoked.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the provisions of the GTC and will inform users via the website.
